Who was Ricardo Cirera?
Ricardo Cirera Salse was a geomagnetist who conducted the first geomagnetic survey of the Philippines and who founded the El Ebro Observatory in Roquetes, Catalonia, Spain. He was also involved in the founding of the scientific journal Ibérica.
