Who was Robert Arthur?
Robert "Bob" Arthur was a radio personality, in Los Angeles, California, a television newscaster, and a motion picture actor.
Born Joseph Arthur Prince in Kansas, Arthur was an anchorman at KOAT-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico before working in Los Angeles. He was part of the "Ken and Bob Company" morning radio program on KABC-am Los Angeles from 1973–1990, when Bob retired to work with the Alzheimer Association. For his contribution to radio, Arthur and radio partner Ken Minyard have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
