Who is Rogue Gallart?

Rogue Gallart (born June 12, 1969 in Manhattan, NYC) worked for Sony Music Entertainment's A R (Artists and Repertoire) department from 1989-1993. Gallart was 2nd assistant responsible for scouting and artist development through the early 1990's. He was also responsible for the scouting of new and current talent to flourish through the new "Sony" family since the changeover in 1991. He is credited with working with such new and current artists as Bruce Springstein, Pearl Jam, Living Colour, Alice in Chains, Cypress Hill, Alice Cooper, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey, Tony Bennett, Harry Connick, Jr. and Celine Dion. In 1994-1995 he moved to Universal Music Group working for the Video promotions department. He worked with such artists as Live, Meat Loaf and Elton John. With a 25.5% market share, it is one of the Big Four record labels. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivendi. He worked with such artists as Live, Meat Loaf and Elton John. Rogue studied Criminal psychology at Hunter College /John Jay College of Criminal Justice but changed industry fields from Criminal Law to the Music Industry. In the years that followed through the 1990's his focus remained in the AR and video promotions field of the Music Industry. He currently moved on in 1996 to work for Turner Broadcasting System/ CNN to continue into the licensing division of media. He then followed in 1997-1999 to continue in the music/fashion Industry at Ralph Lauren as a fashion advisor/coordinator.Rogue is currently the Director of Advocacy/Legislative Affairs for the Center for Independent Living of Central Florida, a private, non-profit organization that was founded in 1976 to help people with disabilities. Rogue Gallart was also appointed as the President for the Central Florida Disability Chamber.
