Who is Rubén Amaro, Jr.?

Rubén Amaro, Jr. is an American former professional baseball player and current executive in Major League Baseball. He played in Major League Baseball as an outfielder from 1991 to 1998. Amaro was named the General Manager of the Philadelphia Phillies on November 3, 2008, succeeding Pat Gillick. He is the son of former Major League Baseball player Rubén Amaro, Sr.
