Who is Ruth Nankabirwa?
Ruth Ssentamu Nankabirwa is a Ugandan politician. She is the current State Minister for Fisheries in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. She replaced Fred Mukisa, who was dropped from the cabinet. Prior to that, she served as State Minister for Microfinance, from February 16, 2009 until May 27, 2011.
