Who is Sadia Dehlvi?

Sadia Dehlvi is a Delhi-based media person, activist, writer and a columnist with the daily newspaper, the Hindustan Times, and frequently published in Frontline Urdu, Hindi and English newspapers and magazines.

She is a known for supporting Barelvi sect on television. She regularly visits and prays at Sufi shrines. Her patron saint includes Hazrat Nizamuddin of Delhi. She is inspired by catholic patron saint worship from her earlier Christian upbringing and calls Muslims to take at least one patron saint for worship.
