Who is Sajjan Jindal?

Sajjan Jindal is an Indian businessman. He is the Chairman, Managing Director of JSW Steel, a part of the JSW Group of companies having interests in Mining, Energy, Ports, Infrastructure and Software. JSW Steel is India's largest private steel producer. JSW Steel has formed a strategic tie-up with the world's sixth largest and Japan's second largest steel producer JFE Steel. JSW Steel is also pursuing an ambitious expansion plan. He is also the immediate ex-President of the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India.

He is one of the sons of Indian businessman and parliamentarian, Om Prakash Jindal. His youngest brother, Naveen, is a Member of Parliament of India from the Indian National Congress party.He represents Kurukshetra constituency from the state of Haryana.

Sajjan and his brothers, Prithviraj, Ratan and Naveen, each run their own businesses that were primarily inherited from their father.
