semiconductor company. Prior to joining Tropian, Mrs. Baggott was

Controller of Adesso Specialty Software. Before joining Adesso, Mrs.

Baggott was a senior member of the assurance and advisory business

services with Ernst Young.

Mrs. Baggott

brings over 10 years experience in both public and private accounting

and finance. Mrs. Baggott holds an accounting degree from San Jose

State University and is a licensed CPA.
