Who is Shirin R. Tahir-Kheli?

Dr. Prof. Shirin R. Tahir-Kheli is a Pakistani-American political scientist and an Ambassador. In 2008, she was the senior advisor for women's empowerment to the United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and was Senior director for Democracy, Human Rights and International Operations at the UN Security Council from 2003-2005. She has served 5 Republican presidential administrations since 1980.
