Who was Slicker Parks?
Vernon Henry "Slicker" Parks was an American baseball player. He played Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers in 1921 and also played college baseball for the Michigan Wolverines baseball team and minor league baseball for the Portland Beavers, Seattle Indians, Syracuse Stars, Jersey City Skeeters, and seven other teams from 1926 to 1932.
