Stefani Dailly

Who is Stefani Dailly?

Stefani Dailly is a sports correspondent for STV News in Northern Scotland. She also occasionally reads the news for Tayside and North-east Fife and the regional sports bulletins during STV News at Six.

Dailly was born, brought up and educated in Dundee, where she attended Harris Academy, obtained an MA for English and Psychology at the University of Dundee and completed a course in professional writing at Dundee College. She joined Dundee radio station Radio Tay as a trainee Reporter and within a year, became the station's Deputy Head of News.

Dailly joined STV North in February 2003 as a production journalist in Aberdeen and later progressed to become a sports correspondent, working alongside Tyrone Smith. Dailly now works between STV North's studios in Dundee and Aberdeen.

Stefani is the sister of Charlton Athletic defender Christian Dailly.
