Who is Steve Stockman?
Stephen Ernest "Steve" Stockman is an American politician and member of the Republican Party who is the United States Representative for Texas's 36th congressional district. Stockman previously served as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 9th congressional district from 1995 to 1997 and has served in his current position since 2013. Stockman ran in the 2014 election for the United States Senate but lost the Republican primary to incumbent Senator John Cornyn.
