Who was Abdul Aziz of Perak?
Sultan Sir Abdul Aziz al-Mutasim Billah Shah Nikmatullah ibni al-Marhum Raja Muda Musa, KCMG, KBE was a Sultan of Perak, a state in modern Malaysia.
His father, Raja Muda Musa Ibni Almarhum Sultan Jaafar Muazzam Shah, became the Raja Muda of Perak in 1919 during the reign of his brother-in-law, Sultan Alang Iskandar Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Idris Mushiddul-Adzam Shah. He became the 31st Sultan of Perak in 1938 succeeding Sultan Alang Iskandar Shah.
