Who is T.S. Hariharan?

Hariharan is the Managing Director for European Operations. Hariharan (Hari) has over 22 years of experience in the Global IT and ITES businesses handling a wide variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Quality, Customer Services Operations and Procurement. Hariharan (Hari) joined 24/7 customer as part of the start up team in Year 2000. Hari envisioned and laid out the company's Road Map for Quality. Hari was instrumental in helping 24/7 Customer become the first company in India to get full COPC certification in a record time of 15 Months. He is a COPC registered co-coordinator and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Hari currently is the Managing Director for European Operations and in his current role envisions company’s European Strategy. Hari is instrumental in building the European Business which contributes significant portion to company revenue.

Prior to joining 24/7 Customer, Hari worked with Wipro Infotech where he led their Six Sigma Initiative for the Operations and Customer Service Division. He speaks at various forums including Indian ITES Industry events and Six Sigma conferences. He holds a master degree in Marketing Management from JBIMS, Mumbai with a basic degree in Engineering.
