Takuya Kawamura, born April 14, 1986, is a Japanese professional basketball player of the professional club team Link Tochigi Brex. A guard, Kawamura is 6-4 and weight 185 pounds. In 2009, he decided to leave the Japan Basketball League and try to earn a contract in the NBA. In the 2009 NBA Summer League, the Phoenix Suns added Kawamura to their roster.
