Who is Thomas Layton?

Thomas Layton is the CEO of Metaweb. Previously, he was CEO of OpenTable from 2001 to 2007. Prior to his experience at OpenTable, Layton was cofounder of CitySearch,

Inc., a leading local search service, that merged with Ticketmaster to become

Ticketmaster Online -- CitySearch (Nasdaq: TMCS), now a subsidiary of

IAC/InterActiveCorp. Layton served as President and COO of TMCS. Previously,

Layton was President of Score Learning Company and a consultant with the

Boston Consulting Group.

Thomas holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford

University and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel

Hill.
