Who is Tom Armstrong?
Tom Armstrong is an American cartoonist and a graduate of the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana.
He was the original artist on the newspaper comic strip John Darling, which he drew from 1979 through 1990. He also created the daily newspaper comic strip Marvin in 1982, and has worked on it continuously since then. He received the Elzie Segar Award in 1996.
