Who is Ton van Engelen?
Ton van Engelen is a retired Dutch footballer who was active as a goalkeeper. Van Engelen made his professional debut at PSV Eindhoven, but also played for Feyenoord Rotterdam and Go Ahead Eagles. After his football career, he became a soigneur for various Dutch cycling teams. Since 1996 he has been working for the Rabobank team and in 2007 he was honoured by the organiser for being active in his twentieth Tour de France. He is the father of Yvo van Engelen.
