Who is Valeria Răcilă?
Valeria Răcilă-van Groningen is a Romanian competition rower and Olympic champion.
She received a gold medal in single sculls at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. She received a bronze medal in double sculls at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.
