Who is Vincent Crisologo?
Vincent Pichay Crisologo, better known as Bingbong, is a Filipino politician and a well known Catholic Charismatic preacher. He is the incumbent congressman of the 1st congressional district of Quezon City, Philippines having served in the 13th, 14th and 15th congress as representative of the 1st district. Before he was elected as Congressman, he was a City Councilor of Quezon City for two terms.
