Who is Vu Ky?
Vu Ky was the personal secretary to Vietnamese president Ho Chi Minh. Ky obtained the post in 1945 after Ho had declared independence from France during the August Revolution, and remained until Ho's death in 1969. Ky was born Vu Long Chuan and later renamed by Ho.
