Wallace Herman "Wally" Richardson is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League with 1 career passing yard. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the seventh round of the 1997 NFL Draft. He started at QB for the XFL's NY/NJ Hitmen. He played college football at Penn State.
