Who was William Greer?
William Robert Greer was an agent of the U.S. Secret Service, best known for having driven President John F. Kennedy's automobile in the motorcade through Dealey Plaza in Dallas on November 22, 1963, when the president was assassinated. Conspiracy researchers and authors Doug Horne, Dan Robertson, and Fred Newcombe allege William Greer may have shot the president as part of a wider plot involving other Secret Service agents.
