Wolfgang Güldenpfennig is a German rower who competed for East Germany in the 1972 Summer Olympics and in the 1976 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Magdeburg.
In 1972 he won the bronze medal in the single sculls event.
Four years later he was a crew member of the East German boat which won the gold medal in the quadruple sculls competition.
