Who is Wong Kan Seng?
Wong Kan Seng is a Singaporean politician. A member of the governing People's Action Party, he served as the country's Deputy Prime Minister from 2005 to 2011. He also held the Cabinet portfolios of Minister for Community Development, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Home Affairs and Co-ordinating Minister for National Security. He is a Member of Parliament representing the Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency.
