Who is Wong Yung-kan?
Wong Yung-kan, SBS, JP was the member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong, representing agriculture and fisheries industry in functional constituencies seats. He is also the member of Tai Po District Council representing Po Nga constituency.
Born into a Tanka family, he is a fisherman. He is also a member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong.
