Who is Xinqiao Liu?
Xinqiao Liu is a scientist at Fairchild Imaging, Inc. and was a graduate student at Stanford University.
His research was on imaging and sensing devices with focus on their design and signal processing. At Stanford, he has successfully designed and fabricated several CMOS image sensor chips and also developed statistical signal processing algorithms for their dynamic range and SNR enhancement. He has authored or coauthored over 10 papers in the fields of image sensor and integrated circuit design and has 5 patents pending. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford in 1997 and the B.S. degree in Physics from Univ. of Science and Technology of China in 1993.
