Zina Andrianarivelo-Razafy has been the Permanent Representative of Madagascar to the United Nations since 2002.

Andrianarivelo-Razafy was Ambassador to the United States, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund from 1999 to 2002. He presented his credentials as Ambassador to the United States on January 21, 1999. Following his appointment as Ambassador to the U.N., he presented his credentials to U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan on September 9, 2002.
