author of 2 books labelled a black villain and rage within. They document how we as black people feel about living in a white society and our identity within this. I am a mentor consultant. My academic paper SOCIAL DEPRIVATION MINDSET has taken the criminal justice by storm and and if i was different they would give me an MBE. My concept completely changed the way the engaged with prisoners. I told them you had to change a certain mindset.
