Yu Cao

Who is Yu Cao?

Yu is a co-founder of Brion Technologies. Prior to Brion, Yu was Manager of Software Engineering at Onetta, a venture-backed optical communications company. Yu also worked as an algorithm engineer and team lead for reticle inspection at KLA-Tencor. At Brion, Yu's responsibilities included the development of lithography modeling and simulation algorithms, a key enabler and differentiator of Brion products. Since the acquisition of Brion by ASML, Yu has been working on new applications of computational lithography in the fab space.

Yu holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the California Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
