Who is Danny Burstein?

Danny Burstein is a five-time Tony Award nominated American actor who is known for his work in theater, film and television. He was nominated for a 2014 Tony Award, Drama Desk Award and Outer Critics Circle Award for his performance in the revival of Cabaret on Broadway with Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams. He was nominated for a 2013 Tony Award and Outer Critics Circle Award for his performance in Clifford Odets', Golden Boy, on Broadway and he won the 2012 Drama Desk Award and Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Actor in a Musical, as well as a Grammy Award nomination, an Astaire Award nomination and a Tony Award nomination for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for his performance in the Broadway revival of Follies. He won the 2008 Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical and was nominated for the Drama Desk Award and Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his work in South Pacific. He was also nominated for the 2006 Ovation Award and the Tony Award for his performance in The Drowsy Chaperone.
