William L. "Bill" O'Brien is a lawyer and Republican legislator from Mont Vernon, New Hampshire who has been a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2004, representing district Hillsborough-4. O'Brien was elected the Speaker of the House on December 1, 2010 when Republicans took control of the NH House.
