Who is Noxolo Kiviet?
Noxolo Kiviet is a South African politician, and has been the Premier of the Eastern Cape since 6 May 2009. She is the former speaker of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature. She is also a member of the African National Congress. In June 2012 Kiviet was rated as the worst performing provincial premier by the Public Service Commission.
