Prime Minister, whose birth name is Andre Ford, was born on February 13, 1970. He has been Christian rap/hip-hop artist since the 1990s. In the 17th century, the prime minister was the "one sent from the king to spread the word from the king to the people". Prime Minister says that "he is sent from his God to spread a word to his people" and that is why is calls himself Prime Minister.
