Who was A. Lukyn Williams?

Arthur Lukyn Williams was an English New Testament scholar at Jesus College, Cambridge. From 1878 until 1884 he was Principal of Moore Theological College in Sydney, New South Wales. He was also a Christian apologist active in Christian mission to Jews.
