Who is Aleksander Barkov, Jr.?
Aleksander Barkov, Jr., nicknamed Sasha, is a Finnish-Russian professional ice hockey centre. He is currently playing for the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League. Barkov was selected by the Florida Panthers in the first round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
He is the son of former Russian hockey player Aleksander Barkov, Sr., and holds dual Finnish and Russian citizenship.
