Who is Bahauddeen Muhammed Nadwi?

Bahauddeen Muhammed Jamaluddeen Nadwi is a Sunni Islamic religious scholar and a Prominent Muslim Academician from the Indian state of Kerala. He is the Vice Chancellor of Darul Huda Islamic University. He is regarded as the Intellectual Founding Father of DHIU. He is the Current State General Secretary of Samastha Kerala Jam'iyyathul Mu'allimeen Central Council, a supreme council of religious teachers in Kerala. He did his PhD from Calicut University, Kerala. He is a member of International Union of Muslim Scholars based at Qatar. He serves as the Editor in Chief of Islamic Insight International Journal of Islamic Studies, one of the famous authentic and academic journals published By Indian Muslims. In 2011 December Nadwi elected as the Executive Member of National Monitoring Committee for Minorities Education, a constitutional board under the ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
