Who is Bill Hopke?
William "Silent Bill" Hopke was an American professional baseball player. He played in the minor leagues from 1902 to 1914 with several teams. Hopke also played in the 1909 Cuban-American Major League Clubs Series for the Detroit Tigers, though he never played in a major league game for Detroit. He also played for the Almendares club in the Cuban League in 1911.
