Who is Buddy Lazier?
Robert Buddy Lazier is an American Indycar driver. He won the 1996 Indianapolis 500 and has finished in the Top Ten in that race six times. Both his father Bob Lazier and brother Jaques Lazier are veterans of the Indy 500 as well.
