Who is Chikao Ohtsuka?
Chikao Ōtsuka is a Japanese live and voice actor and the father of Akio Ōtsuka, and the two occasionally perform together. He is the official dubbing artist of Charles Bronson and Richard Widmark. He is most known for the roles of Captain Hook, Dick Dastardly, Goemon Ishikawa XIII, Nezumi Otoko, Denzō Yamada, Professor Moriarty, Gol D. Roger, Master Xehanort, Dr. Weil, Taopaipai, Doctor Eggman and Wario in his commercials.
