Who was Chuluo Khan?
Chulo Khagan was the khagan of the Eastern Turkic Khaganate, and second son of Qimin, former title: Ilteber Shad. He succeeded his elder brother Shibi and ruled for 18 months. He married Sui's Princess Yicheng, wife of Qimin in levirate marriage. He is said to have died from illness, and possibly poisoned by the Minister of Ceremonies Zheng Yuanshu.
