Who is Hubert Doggart?
George Hubert Graham Doggart, OBE, MA is a retired English sports administrator, cricketer and schoolmaster. He played in two Test matches for England in 1950.
He was the son of the sportsman Graham Doggart, who chaired the Football Association and played county cricket for Middlesex.
