James Carl France, son of NASCAR founder Bill France Sr, is an American motorsports executive - at present the CEO, chairman, and executive vice president of NASCAR and the former chief executive officer of International Speedway Corporation. France also owns the team, Action Express Racing, in the IMSA circuit.
