Who is Jussi Jääskeläinen?
Jussi Albert Jääskeläinen is a Finnish footballer, who plays for English side West Ham United in the Premier League as a goalkeeper.
He holds the record for being the longest serving foreign player in the Premier League after playing for Bolton Wanderers from 1997 until 2012. At age 38 in season 2013–2014 at West Ham United, he is the oldest starting goalkeeper for the Premier League. He left Bolton for West Ham at the end of the 2011–12 season after turning down a contract extension.
He earned 56 caps for the Finland national football team, making his debut in 1998 and retiring from international football in 2010.
