Who is Kerstin Fritzl?

April 19, 2008: After falling dangerously ill, Kerstin is brought to a hospital by Fritzl. Elisabeth convinces Fritzl to let her come to the hospital, too, along with the two other incarcerated children.

Kerstin, 19, who was held captive since birth in a dungeon, was reunited with her family last week after a month in hospital.

Kerstin, the eldest of seven children born to Elisabeth Fritzl during the 24 years of imprisonment and abuse by her father, was reunited with her family in a "touching moment" on Sunday.

Kirsten, 19. She spent entire life underground. She has been left undernourished and light deprived.Her teeth are nearly all gone and she has kidney failure. Now on life support with total organ failure, doctors fear she may not live. Police believe in recent years she may have been raped by her father/grandfather Josef.
