Who is Manuel Cardoso?
Manuel António Cardoso Leal is a Portuguese professional road bicycle racer for Banco BIC-Carmim. He made his Grand Tour debut in the 2010 Tour de France, but had to pull out after the Prologue due to injuries sustained in a crash.
Cardoso left Caja Rural-Seguros RGA at the end of the 2013 season, and joined Banco BIC-Carmim for the 2014 season.
