Who is Mark Taylor?
Mark Fletcher Taylor is an American politician and member of the Democratic Party. He served two terms between 1999 to 2007 as the tenth Lieutenant Governor of Georgia. Taylor was the unsuccessful Democratic nominee for governor of Georgia in the 2006 general election, losing to Republican incumbent Sonny Perdue.
