Who is Miriam Yeung?

Miriam Yeung, RN, is a Hong Kong famous actress and Cantopop singer. Before entering the entertainment business, she was a registered nurse at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong. She studied at the Holy Family Canossian College Kowloon. She entered the entertainment industry after coming third in the TVB 14th annual New Talent Singing Awards competition in 1995, and has steadily gained popularity ever since. She has got “TVB Jade Solid Gold – The Most popular Female Singer Award,” 3 times. In 2012, Miriam won the Best Actress Award at the 32nd Hong Kong Film Awards in Love in the Buff. In 2005, Miriam is elected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong.
