Who is Queen Fabiola of Belgium?

Queen Fabiola of Belgium is the dowager of King Baudouin of Belgium. She was queen consort for 33 years, between her wedding in 1960 and her husband's death in 1993. The couple was unable to have children, and the crown then passed to her brother-in-law, King Albert II.
