Ragnhild Alexandra Lorentzen Long on Norra kuninga Olav V tütre Ragnhild Lorentzeni ja Erling Lorentzeni teine tütar ning noorim laps.
Ta kasvas üles Brasiilias. Pärast keskkooli õppis ta San Franciscos turundust ja disaini ning töötas siis Londonis ja Oslos. Seejärel naasis ta San Franciscosse, kus 1996. aastal avas pruulikoja ja restorani Thirsty Bear Brewing Company.
Ragnhild kuulus Briti troonipärilusjärjestusse, kuni abiellus 21. novembril 2003 katoliiklase Aaron Longiga, misjärel ta kaotas õiguse Suurbritannia troonile.
Ragnhild ja Aaron Longil sündis 14. detsembril 2007 Santa Barbaras tütar Alexandra Lorentzen Long ning 2011. aasta märtsis teine tütar Elizabeth Lorentzen Long.
